How does it work?

Replace food with our juices. You should drink all six bottles in one day. Most drink 1 juice every 2-3 hours. For example:

  • 8am- Bottle #1

  • 10am- Bottle #2

  • 12pm- Bottle #3

  • 3pm- Bottle #4

  • 5pm- Bottle #5

  • 7pm- Bottle #6

Drinking plenty of water is KEY to a successful cleanse.

Tip: After each bottle of juice fill the bottle with water and “wash” after consumption. This will aim towards optimal results.

If you find that you get hungry on this cleanse we encourage you to eat single ingredient foods (ie. apple, cucumber, etc.).

How to sustain results from juice cleanse?

Once you’ve completed the juice cleanse it is important that you ease back into adding solid foods back into your diet. For instance, starting off with adding in broth based soup or a plant based diet. If you want to sustain the results we encourage you to drink a juice a day to keep the negative signs at bay.
